Implementing the BIM methodology in a design office is a process that requires close cooperation between both parties: the client and the experts on our team. Each such project is unique, but it is extremely valuable to be able to draw on our experience. Having had the opportunity to implement BIM in diverse organizations, we are able to manage even the most complex projects while maintaining a customized approach.
Defining the basic tasks and detailed BIM Objectives is the step where it is important to involve and be open with the relevant people associated with the various processes inside the office. This step establishes expectations and motivations that will set the appropriate directions for further action.
Getting to know the specifics of the unit's work is crucial. Therefore, with the help of special surveys and in-depth interviews, we determine the organization's strengths and organize the rules and standards in the company.
After determining the structure, operating principles and possible directions of development, an Implementation Plan is created . It contains the conclusions of the analysis and presents the recommended steps and stages of implementation. It also includes such elements as BIM Processes and Standards, a list of necessary training, dedicated tools to support the work based on Dynamo scripts, and a plan for the demand and use of software. The Implementation Plan is also the schedule of activities on which further work is based. With the completion of the implementation cycle, our team can provide ad hoc support during selected stages of subsequent projects.

Autodesk Revit
A professional tool for designing in BIM technology on a multi-discipline model. The most popular and widespread set of tools for creating BIM models for projects: architectural, structural, ventilation, electrical or plumbing. Supporting the activities of large design teams, it allows multiple people to work simultaneously on a single model.
Thanks to the use of Autodesk's cloud-based solutions, it allows to work on multiple interconnected models of all industries and parts of the investment, regardless of the physical location of individual units or users.

BIM Collaborate Pro
The BIM Collaborate platform is a cloud-based solution that improves collaboration and coordination of organized processes of a given project. Collected in one place, the results of the work of architects, installation designers, constructors and engineers help streamline the work of delivering and coordinating complex multi-discipline models on a single platform level.
The tool, formerly known as BIM 360 Design, develops the ability to collaborate on shared models without access restrictions, regardless of location or time. Individual modules integrate these close ties within Revit Cloud Worksharing, Collaboration for Civil 3D and Collaboration for Plant 3D services at the native application level incorporating a complete team of specialists into the joint process.

Autodesk Docs
The Docs module is a common place to share, catalog and organize data related to the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform. The ability to track changes, approve processes and check drawings, documents or models saves time and avoids unnecessary errors at the level of data exchange and project planning.
The combination of this data organization system along with basic tools such as Revit, Civil 3D or Navisworks gives a powerful advantage in integrating the entire process and benefits from the simplicity of information exchange at each stage of the project.

AEC Design services to help you design
Our experience working on a wide variety of projects allows us to identify processes in the daily work of designers that we can optimize or automate. This is accomplished through Dynamo's proprietary scripts or dedicated Revit add-ons.
We can divide such services into two groups: activities performed by the AEC Design team on the client's material or the preparation of a tool for the client's needs to use independently in their project environment.
An example of the first group of services could be the preparation of Residential Cards for a residential development. This process takes place on a model provided from the client. After approving the assumptions and guidelines for the preparation of detailed cards for each apartment, we adjust the mechanisms that generate outlines of each unit, creating drawing sheets with the appropriate table, legend and room listings. The sheets created in this way are handed over to clients along with a source model, which can be used for small revisions or updates.
Taking into account the different needs and specifics of specialized projects, we also create dedicated solutions to support the activities of our clients. Tools based on the Dynamo scripting environment, streamline basic activities such as exporting statements to Excel or room numbering, as well as those more specialized mechanisms for creating or analyzing designed layouts, e.g., recalculating sizes, grouping and adding these values to relevant parameters. They not only help meet the client's model requirements, but also provide an additional layer of information in important design elements.
The most advanced tools are specialized systems that add entirely new functionality. An example is our series of analyses aimed at architectural designers: Insolation Analysis, Shading Analysis and Shading Analysis. They have been created on the basis of many years of experience, thus combining practical knowledge with the ability to calculate and generate solutions that meet the expectations of our clients.
We have been guiding the Polish construction sector through the digital transformation process for more than 20 years. We offer support at every stage of the project and a personalized approach to each client. We invite you to take advantage of a free consultation, during which we will talk about the possibilities and prospects of digitization in your organization.
